Step by step
From Your Drawings to Delivery

Send us your requirements
Whatever you already have is fine — architect's plans, a window schedule, a hand sketch, measurements or site photos. Upload them here or email them over. The more detail you can give (sizes, colours, opening directions), the faster we can price it.

We prepare your trade quotation
We prepare your quotation from the information you've sent. If anything is unclear or a decision affects the price, we'll come back with a question rather than a guess.

Check and approve
Once you're happy, we confirm the order with you in writing — sizes, styles, colours, glazing and hardware — so everyone is working from the same specification.

We order and check
We place the order with the manufacturer and check the supplier acknowledgement against the agreed order. If something doesn't match, it's corrected before manufacture — not discovered on your fitting day.

Collection or delivery
When your order is ready, collect from us or arrange delivery to your site or yard. We'll confirm timings as the order progresses.

The Straightforward Small Print
Supply-only works best when everyone knows where they stand. These are the points worth knowing before you order.
Measurements are your responsibility
We manufacture to the sizes you confirm. For larger or more complex jobs, an optional survey/checking service is available for a fee where requested.
FENSA & Building Regs
Where FENSA certification or Building Regulations approval is required for the installation, that's the responsibility of the installer — as with any supply-only purchase.
Guarantees
Product guarantees are provided by the manufacturer of the product supplied. We'll make the guarantee position clear with your quotation.
Lead times
Lead times vary by product, system and colour. We'll give you a realistic timescale with your quotation and keep you updated.
